How long does shipping take for skateboards and apparel?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that custom-built completes may require an additional 24-48 hours for assembly by our professional team.

What is your return policy for worn footwear?

We accept returns on all items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in brand-new, unworn condition with original packaging. We cannot accept returns on shoes that have been skated in or show signs of wear.

Do you offer international shipping for sports equipment?

Yes, CCS ships to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order once it has been placed?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
